WhiskeyCon started in 2014 as part of SyScan Singapore. Instead of the usual Lightning Talks, anyone who wish to go on stage and speak will have to drink 2 shots of whiskey before they can speak for 5 minutes. When the 5 minutes is up, the speaker can choose to stop or if he wishes to continue, he would have to drink another 2 shots of whiskey before he is given another 5 more minutes. The speaker can choose to go on and on. The last 4 WhiskeyCon have been very well received by both the audience and the speakers. The record for WhiskeyCon at the moment is 8 shots of whiskey by @osxreverser.

We are going to spawn WhiskeyCon to be an event by itself. There will be 5 days of training and 1 whole night of drinking.

WhiskeyCon will be held between 25th to 29th March 2019. Training classes will be conducted from 25th to 29th March and in the evening of 29th March 2019, we will have WhiskeyCon proper in a bar from 6pm till .......

The security classes will be very in-depth technical training meant for intermediate and advanced security practitioners.

All trainers will have to give a talk at the bar. The drinking rules apply to them too. All students of the WhiskeyCon training classes will attend WhiskeyCon for free. Everyone else is welcome to join WhiskeyCon. All you have to do is register, pay and show up. The fee is to cover the cost of the drinks and food and the bar booking.

Remember, anyone can speak. You just have to drink.

We hope to see all of you soon.
